The Navy Admiral was one of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the United States.
Overview[]
The Admiral was first seen observing the Air Force's Saucer demonstration at Area 42, shortly before the nuclear bomb detonated. Crypto later subdued and holobobed him in Union Town in order to persuade the other Joint Chiefs not to back Armquist's plan.
Trivia[]
- Unlike the other Chiefs of Staff, the Navy Admiral did not have officers who resembled him wandering around the Military Base at Area 42.
