Oceanographer, scientist and CEO of the Francodyne Industries, Henri Crosteau is one of the antagonists of Destroy All Humans: Path of the Furon. Fought in Belleville, his enterprise is responsible for the mass-production of Nexosporidium warriors. In his first appearance at his Chateau (soon to be Pox's), he is questioned by Crypto and Orthopox, but escapes after stabbing him with a Lion Fish. Later, he develops a giant shield to protect his last (and most important) factory, only to end in failure again. His final appearance is in "All Hell Breaks Loose", where he fights Crypto at the Belleville Tower in a giant squid-like robot, made of Nexo technology. He is defeated by Crypto, but before dying, he reveals the synthetic DNA used for creating the Nexos, and that a Furon ship fell on Belleville with the product on it. His final words are that the true orchestrator of the plan was in Furon. He dies shortly after, due to falling from a great height when defeated.
Crosteau is highly protective with nature (specially the Ocean), and he is the self-titled "Lord of the Sea". He is arrogant and cocky about his business and machines, and seems to know a lot about hijacking frequencies (as shown by his capacity of eavesdropping Crypto's communicator frequency). During battle, his speech is almost poetic in manner of speech, as he describes the battle as a documentary. He later recognizes that he was being used and asks for Crypto to apologize him for condemning his species.
- His name is a play on the famous oceanographer Jacques Crosteau.
