Kluckin opened his restaurant possibly in the 1960's to gain media attraction. Colonel Kluckin's Kitchen rivaled Big Willy's, another restaurant chain, that was owned by Orthopox. The main location of Colonel Kluckin's Kitchen was Harbor City.
